The results are delivered in common formats (e.g. JPEG, PNG, PDF, PPT, MOV or MP4). If you need an open file for further amendments to the product, feel free to let us know!

What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?

Two content and two graphic change requests are included for each infographic. However, if we do not receive any feedback within ten working days after sending the graphic, we will assume that the delivered results have been accepted.

To ensure the best possible end product, you will have a specific contact person from our team throughout the entire project.
